How do I return my order?
We are happy to accept eligible returns that are brand new, unworn, and still in their original dust bags, with all tags and stickers attached.
To start a return, email us at info@riaandrichard.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
How long after receiving my item can I initiate a return?
Make sure to return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
Do I pay for the shipping cost when I return the product?Â
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless it's due to a defect or our mistake.Â
How long does it take to process my refund and receive my money back?
Please allow up to7-10 business daysafter your return is delivered to our fulfillment center and inspected to process your refund or credit. The processing time can vary based on the volume and condition of the returned item.
Can I exchange my item for another one?Â
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, color, or size, please initiate a return and place a new order.
What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
If you've received a damaged item or your order was damaged in transit, please contact us at info@riaandrichard.com within 7 days after receiving the item. Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, as well as the packaging. We will either replace the item or provide a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
